It was awarded. The National Second Class Enterprise, the State metrologically Qualified Grade-1 Unit, and is one of the first group of enterprises to have been granted the licence of designing and manufacturing classes Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ pressure vessels.
It always lays stress on the quality of products and has established a quality assurance system which is in line with the “Regulation for the Quality of Military Products”, “Safety of Nuclear Power Plants Quality Assurance ” and “Provisions for the Safety Supervision of Pressure Vessels”, which ensure that the process of research, manufacture and after-sales service under effective control . It has more than 30 new products, new technologies and new techniques awarded the Scientific and Technological Progress Prizes by the province and ministry, and 13 products awarded the title of the provincial, ministerial and state superior quality products. It won the Shaanxi Province Civilized Unit and the State Quality Management Prize in 1989.
